+ Shipping Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please email if you are unhappy and we will make arrangements to remedy the situation following the below policies.
+ Returns, Refunds + Exchanges Policy
1. Can I commission artwork?
Yes — I accept commissions when my schedule allows.
If you’re interested in commissioning an original abstract piece, we’ll begin with a conversation about size, color, mood, and how you want the artwork to feel in your space. If you’re unsure what will work, I’m happy to offer guidance and can review photos of your room to suggest proportions or palettes.
Once we align on direction, I’ll create your artwork using alcohol ink and mixed media techniques. When the piece is complete, I’ll share photos so you can experience it before deciding.
Because commissions are a collaborative process, I ask for a deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due once the piece is complete. Payment plans are available. If a piece truly doesn’t feel like the right fit at the end, we’ll talk through next steps with care and respect.
2. Are payment plans available?
Yes. I want art to feel accessible and supportive, not stressful.
For original artwork and larger purchases, I’m happy to offer custom payment plans. If you’d like to explore an option that works for you, please email me and we’ll find a solution together.
3. Is my artwork ready to hang?
-
Alcohol ink originals on synthetic paper are typically matted, but not framed. Canvas originals are wired for hanging, but a float frame could be added if desired. Small canvas often come with a float frame - see listings for details.
-
Fine art prints arrive unframed so you can choose a frame that fits your space and style.
If you have questions about display or framing, I’m always happy to help.
4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping details vary by item and are clearly listed at checkout.
-
Greeting cards, prints, and small goods ship at USPS rates.
-
Original artwork often includes free or reduced shipping within the U.S.
Occasionally I offer free shipping promotions for subscribers or special events.
5. Do shipping costs include taxes or customs fees?
For international orders, any customs duties or taxes required by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Policies vary by country, so I recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure.
6. When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3–7 business days. Originals, commissions, or limited editions may take a little longer — timing will always be clearly communicated.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
7. How long will it take to arrive?
-
U.S. orders: typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping
-
International orders: may take 7–21 business days depending on customs and location
Seasonal delays can occur during holidays.
8. Can I return my artwork?
I want you to feel good about what you bring into your space.
If something arrives damaged, please contact me right away with photos so I can make it right.
Because original artwork is one-of-a-kind, returns are handled case by case. If something doesn’t feel right, reach out — I value conversation and care over rigid policies.
Fine Art Prints
1. How are prints made?
Each print is created from a high-resolution scan of an original alcohol ink painting. Prints are professionally produced on fine art paper chosen to preserve color, detail, and longevity.
2. Do prints come framed?
Prints arrive unframed so you can select a frame that suits your space and budget.
3. How much does print shipping cost?
Print shipping is calculated at checkout and kept as reasonable as possible.
4. How long do prints take to arrive?
Prints typically take about 7 business days to produce, then ship immediately after.
5. Can I order custom prints?
Yes. If you’re interested in a different size, a specific piece, or turning an original into a print, please email me and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
We'd love to work with you on your custom order.
Buyers agree that the order may be used in the artist's portfolio, advertisements, or featured on blogs - when necessary, private information will be blurred.
If you expressly DO NOT want your design used or featured, please mention so in the "note to seller" area of your purchase.
